Welcoming in winter thanks to its fireplace, its pellet stove and the old wooden floor.Completely renovated in a contemporary and chic style.You'll love our king size beds with top-of-the-line Simmons and Emma mattresses.Our little turtle will please you as well as the fish fountain.We entrust you with our family home to write down beautiful memories for a summer in the south or a warm Christmas with the family.Our fully equipped 25m2 kitchen with a bar area and a coffee area will seduce you. A scullery adjoining the latter accommodates a 2nd fridge and freezer, a 2nd dishwasher, a 2nd sink as well as a washing machine and dryer.

Reception
What you know as the reception desk of our guest rooms is also the entrance lounge to our family Mas.Recently renovated, you will find a small shower room and toilet as well as a bar. Ideal for enjoying the swimming pool just opposite.
A spacious living room
The dining room of the Mas also offers a lounge area in front of the fireplace. In winter, this lounge allows cocooning evenings by the fireside. In summer, the fireplace takes on a summer decoration with candles and this reading corner is perfect for relaxing in the cool of the air conditioning.
A friendly & expandable dining room
The Mas dining room also offers a lounge area in front of the fireplace.The extendable table goes from 8 seats to 12 or even 14. The kitchen next door also accommodates 4 people on its bar.
A central fitted kitchen
The main kitchen of the farmhouse is open to the dining room with a view of the fireplace. There is direct access to the terrace for eating outside under the thousand-year-old plane tree and enjoying the gas barbecue.
The kitchen is equipped with high-end equipment with a central island offering a bar area for 4 to 6 people seated and a “cafézinho” space like in Brazil. Here we love Brazil!Just behind this kitchen, you will find the scullery also serving as a laundry room for storage, and a work surface, as well as a 2nd fridge-freezer and a 2nd dishwasher.
An equipped laundry room
Room adjoining the open kitchen, including food storage, 14 kg washing machine, 12 kg dryer, as well as a second equipped work surface, a second 14 place dishwasher and a second American fridge-freezer . Other accessories and household appliances are stored here.The laundry room has another opening allowing access to the landing in front of the internal staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms.

This small room is composed of a bed and its high quality Emma mattress of 160x200 cm.

This room consists of a 160x200cm bed, a storage cupboard and a desk. Ideal for 1 person.
View of the terrace and the plane tree.The Emma mattress in this bedroom is hotel quality for deep sleep. The sheets, duvets and pillows are also of high quality.
The master bedroom
On the first floor of the farmhouse, taking the old, typically Provençal staircase, you will find the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom. Here, the master bedroom consists of a king size bed of 180x200 cm, a wardrobe, an old dressing table and a flat screen TV.
Alice's room
This suite at the end of the corridor is the quietest and coolest. Exposed North we sleep even better! Friends love it. It consists of storage and a king size bed of 160x200 cm.
Bathroom
Upstairs of the Mas, you will find the large family bathroom of 20m2 recently renovated in polished concrete. It consists of a large, high-end Grohe brand shower, a bathtub and large Corian sink. A second WC also completes it, in addition to the one on the ground floor
Independent suites with private jacuzzi: Nature and Jungle
The rental of the house also includes the 2 luxury suites with independent entrances, jacuzzi balneotherapy baths, sensory showers and hammam...
The whole communicates thanks to a door giving access to each part of the house, while leaving independent access for more privacy for everyone.Now we'll have to draw straws when choosing rooms! 🤗
The garden area with swimming pool
You can enjoy your moment of relaxation with a moment of relaxation by the pool. Mattresses on the water, 8 deckchairs and Provençal sunshine will be there. Several spaces are arranged on the ground to offer different places for breaks. Under the trees or in the sun, the choice is yours!
The swimming pool is heated and is treated with salt for better respect for the skin. Practice swimming against the current to stay in shape! 💦

The large wooden table on the terrace can accommodate 12 to 15 people. Barbecue is the essential cuisine in the south! A high table for 6 is next door!

LOFT : The independent apartment
A fully equipped studio is included in the seasonal rental of our house. Ideal for a family with 2 children. It includes a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed in the main room and a second bedroom on the mezzanine for a cocooning feel.A fitness area including 2 indoor bikes, 2 yoga and pilates mats and some sports accessories are available in this apartment.
Located on the first floor of our house, you enter through an independent door that you can see on the exterior passageway overlooking the swimming pool.
